All reservation requests are subject to confirmation. Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 12.50%. We are unable to cater for children under the age of 14. Check in 3pm, check out 11am, unless otherwise previously arranged. Payment policy: A deposit of 50% of the total may be required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable at departure. Cancellation policy: Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly. We will try our best to replace your cancelled booking and therefore refund your deposit; however, in the event that we are unable to replace your cancelled booking, the cancellation fees apply. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival 25% forfeit of total booking price. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival 50% forfeit of total booking price. We recommend travel insurance.
